Graduated in engineering, with a specialisation in (electro) mechanics? 
As a Technical Superintendent you are dedicated to one of the vessels in our modern, innovative fleet. 
Working at one of our overseas sites, you follow the vessel on her journey as part of the technical team and are responsible for the coordination of maintenance and repair activities. 
In this way, you contribute to the smooth progress of our operations. 


Graduated in engineering, with a specialisation in civils, (electro) mechanics or equivalent? 
As a Project Engineer, you play an important role in the execution of our dredging, offshore and environmental works. 
You are the link between the project team and the workers in the field, ensuring the smooth progress of operations. Coordination of on-site activities and optimising and adjusting the works are part of your responsibilities. You assist the Project Manager and report on the work, budget and cost control on a daily basis.


Graduated with a Bachelor or Master’s degree, and interested in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE)? 
DEME’s objective is to provide a safe work environment, to promote sound work practices and a healthy lifestyle for everyone involved in our business. 
QHSE is therefore an important focal point for all of our projects, vessels and offices. As a QHSE Project Engineer you will be responsible for the QHSE practices on site at one of our projects worldwide. 


Graduated in engineering, with a specialisation in civils, (electro) mechanics or equivalent? 
As a Tender Engineer, you play a key role in the preparation and submission of our innovative proposals. 
You assist in developing and comparing different creative execution methods for these works by considering costs, risks, planning, technical data,… You prepare proposals in order to derive the most competitive offer. 


Graduated in engineering, geography, or construction with a focus on hydrography or topography? 
As a Surveyor you are responsible for the organisation of all hydrographic and topographic measurements in all 
phases of the dredging, infrastructure or offshore project. Installation, calibration of measurement devices, actual 
measuring, processing and mapping of results are part of your responsibilities, as well as reporting the progress of the works to the project management team.
